To be honest, I know very little about Coldwell Banker Bain as a company. What I do know is that Stephanie Callen is a really great agent, such that she makes the company look good. She knows a lot of people in different realtor companies, and is able to get things done by working well with them. She was able to coordinate numerous home showings on very short notice. She worked really hard, even over the weekend, to accommodate my very tight schedule. She was able to provide information about HOAs, CCRs, utilities, contractors, etc., that got us off to a great start in our new home. She knows about building materials used over the years, various types and styles of construction, various builders in the area, things to look for in homes, etc. She was able to quickly, clearly and concisely answer questions about lenders, title companies, inspections, and the whole machinery that goes into completing a sale. She quickly got an inspection done, and the quality of work they provided was exceptional. So, overall, Coldwell Banker … who are they? Stephanie Callen … amazing person!

Very friendly, great suggestions to help get house sold

Caldwell Banker realtor Stephanie Callen assisted my wife and I in purchasing our home in 2015 and selling it earlier this month (September 2019). Stephanie is a great person to work with. She knows her job and her expectations in selling was superb and very above and beyond. She told us she may be able to sell it in 9 days and it was sold within 9 days. She made the process easy and stress free for us. I highly recommend her to anyone out there. She is the example of hard work!

Stephanie was great to work with and was very straightforward and honest with us. She answered all of the questions we had fir her and was easy to contact when we needed her. If she didn't answer our calls/texts immediately, she got back with us very shortly thereafter. The only criticism I have is that in the beginning of the process, she seemed more keyed into us as clients, but as the process moved on and she gained additional clients, she seemed a bit more distracted with helping them. We sold our house during a busy part of the year, and I'm sure she was juggling many clients at once. People can only handle so many things at once, so it's understandable.
